PRIVACY AND RETURN POLICY

Information collected:

  • email address
  • customer’s name
  • phone number
  • billing and shipping addresses (which might be the same),
  • necessary credit card information

SOLUPAC uses information for moment of purchase as well if there is a problem within the process to come in contact with the customer. There is no third party receiving any of customer’s information at any time.

When SOLUPAC receives a message over our “contact us” section the information provided such as email, name, phone number and matters of your message will be used to come in contact with you and provide you with the help you are looking for. Information will also be used to help us improve. There will be no sharing of any information with a third party.

SOLUPAC has the right to update its terms and policies without any notice in order to highlight information that was not mentioned at the time.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Limitation of Liability

Solupac will not be liable for any damages and/or such problems with the product the second it dispatches from our warehouse. Solupac documents every issue with the product before it is shipped out to our customers. If the product had any damages beforehand it would not have been shipped out thus if the customer receives the package impaired it is not our responsibility. Also Solupac is not responsible for any setbacks after the package is sent off. Those responsibilities are on the shipping company and out of our control.

Ordering:

All prices are in US Dollars.

Prices may change without notice.

If the item is on clearance the sale is final.

Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Credential and American Express.

Order is not accepted until full payment is received.

Payments are to be made by credit cards accepted in US dollars only.

COD is only available for those orders picked up at a Solupac’s warehouse.

Shipping:

Items in stock will ship between 24-72 Hours.

Personalized items will ship between 8-10 weeks.

SOLUPAC uses two carriers to ship, USPS and FedEx

All shipments leave from our warehouses in Miami, FL.

All shipments are processed and shipped during our business hours.

Our top choices for shipping are FedEx and USPS. When in need of a different option to arrive faster please come in contact with our offices to help out to be able to ship with; Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day, or freight collect. Another possibility is to drive by one of our warehouses to pick up, just make sure to call beforehand or email our offices.

Returns:

If any need for returns come in contact with our office calling at 305-779-3550 to receive an authorization number and return the merchandise within 30 days

Returns are not accepted for items that were on sale when purchased nor with products that were personalized.

When returning the products the condition of the merchandise has to be in the same condition as we sent it out of our warehouse.

If the product is damaged upon receival the customer would not be charged for the return.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Solupac gives the customer the option to return the product within 30 days if dissatisfied with the product bought. This is limited to a certain types of products, due to the fact that clearance and personalized items will not be allowed in return.

Cancelations:

Cancelations are to be made via email written to info@solupac.com.

If the order is canceled, the customer will be in charge of taking care of the shipping charges.
